As Ebay has launched it´s friendly user test of „eBay now“ in San Francisco some hours ago some people think that they are coming back on the right track for the future. But I strongly believe that they have lost so many ground to transform the company, rather than Amazon has done it´s innovation initiatives and portfolio management with it´s core product and other categories such as Kindle, Kindle Fire, Lovefilm, Amazon Games Studios and more permanently. And the rest is not sleeping as well as Zalando, Momox, and the big ones as Tesco are really pushy. Might it be to late to transform your business model? Watch out. Competition is everywhere!
